The screen-cap below shows Reveal Codes + other features.
- Reveal Codes—You can see how simple it is to identify elements within your document. You will notice that the part that has been emboldened has BOLD codes around it.
- RealTime Preview—Youcan see that I want to change the colorof the phrase 'Microsoft's latest behavior'. I have selected the phrase, and now I have chosen the font color icon. From the drop-down palette, I am hovering over 'Bright Pink'. You can clearly see that the Real-Time previewer has instantly applied the color to the selected phrase. If I don't like it, all I have to do is hover over red, green, etc, until I find the one I like. This works for columns, font size, line spacing, headings, styles, drop-caps, justification, etc.
- Property Bar—You can see that below the main Toolbar is another Bar. This is the Property Bar. If I start working on a Table, this changes to display all the icons I would need for that task. If I work on a graphic, it changes to those icons I need for that task, etc., etc. It will speed-up your work immeasurably. No more turning Toolbars on and off (or having them float around your screen obstructing your work).
- You can also see the Autoscroll and Back & Forward icons at the extreme right of the Toolbar.
- Application Bar— This is just above the Task Bar. It shows every document you have open in WordPerfect.
